Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Because BREATHMODE is a personal care product, returns are subject to the conditions below.

First-Time Customer Guarantee

If you’re trying BREATHMODE for the first time and aren’t satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
-You are a first-time customer
-No more than 5 strips have been used (at least 85% unused)
-The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
-The product is returned in original packaging
-Shipping costs are not refundable
-One guarantee claim per customer
-Applies to direct purchases from our website only

This guarantee is designed to let new customers try BREATHMODE with confidence while preventing abuse.

Standard Returns (Non-First-Time Customers)

For customers who have purchased before:
-Product must be 95% unused (no more than 1 strip used)
-Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
-Product must be returned in original packaging
-Shipping costs are not refundable
-Returns will not be accepted if the product is fully used, damaged, or returned outside the 30-day window.

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back — items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return address details will be provided once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
-Fully used products
-Items returned outside the 30-day window
-Gift cards
-Sale or promotional items (unless required by law)
