This usually means the skin wasn’t completely dry or you didn't place and press long enough. Any moisture, oil, or skincare residue will stop the adhesive from bonding. Clean and dry your nose first, and then ensure you place correctly and hold long enough to allow the strip to bond.
Make sure you followed our instructions, with dry skin and have firmly pressed for 10+ seconds during application. Try letting it “set” for a minute before moving or sweating. Avoid touching it once applied. If you’re a heavy sweater or have oily skin consider applying a fresh strip right before bed or training.
Loosen gently from both ends and peel toward the centre. If it’s gripping tight, use warm water, steam, or remove it right after a hot shower when the adhesive has softened slightly.
If you have a nasal restriction and need nasal strips, you should feel a gentle, but noticeable lift across the bridge of your nose with smoother airflow through your nostrils. If not, you may not have a nasal restriction and may not need nasal strips. Otherwise, do try adjusting the placement. The strip should sit just above or across the alar crease, not on the tip or too high up the bridge.
Sadly no. Each strip is designed for single use only. Once removed, the adhesive and tension strength are gone. Reusing can reduce lift and irritate your skin.
Depending on activity and length of use, sometimes a little adhesive residue can remain. It can be easily removed with warm water, a gentle cleanser, or even a quick rub with your fingers
We don’t recommend it. Oils and silicones from those products interfere with adhesion. Apply the strip to clean skin only.
