They definitely work, so nice to be able to breath through my nose. Super sticky even after a full nights sleep and a morning workout and dog walk.

Got to admit, I was skeptical... took a while to work out the positioning and to get used to the feeling of something on my face (half asleep me trying to swat the "bug" off) but made such a difference to my sleep. No more snuffling through my (previously broken) nose and woke up feeling more refreshed. Would give 5 stars if they were reusable or completely biodegradable.
As someone who has relied on nasal sprays just to breathe properly at night, these have been a revolutionary swap. I’m sleeping so much better, and it feels good knowing I’m not damaging the inside of my nose anymore. Safe to say I’m a little addicted to these now!

I tried these trips to see if they would help my snoring. Unfortunately not, but they have significantly improved the quality of my sleep. I have been waking up less often and finding it easier to go back to sleep when I do wake. I find the extra airflow through my nostrils relaxing. Quite pleased with the product.
Due to extensive facial trauma my nasal passages have been closed for business for a number of years. When using Breathmode performance nasal strips I’ve been able to have some semblance of a decent sleep while I wait for reconstructive surgery.
