BREATHMODE strips use a high-tension dual-spring design that lifts the nasal passages more effectively than standard chemist strips. They're built with premium, sweat-resistant adhesive, stay on during intense training or overnight sleep, and are made from skin-safe, hypoallergenic materials. But our biggest separator is our incoming eco-first subscription model, where every order contributes to making the nasal strip industry greener and more sustainable.
Each strip gently lifts and supports the nasal walls from the outside, preventing them from collapsing as you inhale. This creates a wider airway, helping you breathe more easily through your nose, leading to better oxygenation, reduced mouth breathing, deeper sleep, and improved training output aka instant, drug-free breathing support.

Our nasal strips last up to 12 hours with optimal performance. We often wear the same single strip to bed, then to the gym the next morning, with full adhesion the entire time. This is because our combo of adhesive and material allows our strips to be sweat-resistant, long-lasting and built to hold through high-intensity sessions.

SUSTAINABILTY FAQS
Not yet, but we're getting there. Like our competitors and the rest of the industry, our nasal strips are single-use and contain plastic. However, our 5% Eco Fund aims to solve this by funding R&D for the worlds first truly eco strip.
Wherever we can, being green is a priority. None of our packaging is single-use plastic; our strips come in either reusable steel tins (and in the future; compostable paper bags). But our most important green initiative is our incoming Eco Fund, with 5% of every future subscription going towards the development of the world's first truly eco-friendly and biodegradable eco strip!
This is something really exciting and super simple! We are pledging to invest 5% of every subscription order into R&D with our manufacturing partner to design and create the world's first eco-nasal strip. Just one more reason to subscribe when subscriptions launch!

BREATHMODE is your unfair advantage. We've engineered high-performance nasal strips for high-performing kiwis who want better sleep, better focus, and better control of their breath, day or night.
BREATHMODE was conceived and designed in Aotearoa, New Zealand with our strips then manufactured by the best engineering and manufacturing teams overseas, so we can ensure were bring you a product you can trust. Aside from manufacturing, all other operations are carried out in Aotearoa.
Just the three of us! Myself (Jozef - Founder and Chief Test Dummy), my partner (Morgan - Head of Logistics & Shipping,) and our little baby girl (Big O - Chief Vibes Officer & Head of R&D), we're a tiny family-run business out of the spare room!
Along the way, we have had some help from incredibly talented Kiwis to bring this brand to life.
