How To Apply
Follow these simple steps for optimal use & performance:
1. Clean the skin: Wash or wipe your nose to remove oils, sweat, and moisturiser. Adhesive needs a dry surface to bond well.
2. Peel: Gently remove the backing without touching the adhesive.
3. Place: Position the strip just above the nostril flare, not too high, not too low. Centre it evenly and press down the ends.
4. Press & activate: Hold firmly for 10+ seconds to activate the adhesive bond. Massage the strip down across the nose for max adhesion.
5. Breathe: You should feel the difference immediately. If not, check your positioning and application of the strip.
Removal: Peel gently from the corners. If it feels tight, apply warm water to soften the adhesive, or remove it after a steamy shower.
