Great nose strips, stay on comfortably all night and come off cleanly in the morning. Highly recommend if you struggle to breathe through your nose hole when you are horizontal.

Got to admit, I was skeptical... took a while to work out the positioning and to get used to the feeling of something on my face (half asleep me trying to swat the "bug" off) but made such a difference to my sleep. No more snuffling through my (previously broken) nose and woke up feeling more refreshed. Would give 5 stars if they were reusable or completely biodegradable.

1. Clean — start with clean, dry skin. Remove moisturiser, sunscreen, sweat, or oils for maximum stick.

2. Peel — gently remove the protective backing from the adhesive.

3. Place — position the strip just above or across your alar crease (the curve where your nostrils flare).

4. Press — press firmly and smooth for 10–15 seconds, focusing on the edges.

5. Breathe — feel the lift instantly. Better airflow unlocked.

Removal: peel gently from the sides toward the centre. Apply warm water to ease removal if needed.

They use a premium sweat-resistant adhesive that holds through training, sleep, or both back-to-back, and they're made from skin-safe, hypoallergenic materials.
