1. Clean — start with clean, dry skin. Remove moisturiser, sunscreen, sweat, or oils for maximum stick.

2. Peel — gently remove the protective backing from the adhesive.

3. Place — position the strip just above or across your alar crease (the curve where your nostrils flare).

4. Press — press firmly and smooth for 10–15 seconds, focusing on the edges.

5. Breathe — feel the lift instantly. Better airflow unlocked.

Removal: peel gently from the sides toward the centre. Apply warm water to ease removal if needed.

BREATHMODE performance strips use a max-strength, high-tension spring band that lifts the nasal passages more effectively than the budget chemist strips you've tried. They use a premium sweat-resistant adhesive that holds through training, sleep, or both back-to-back, and they're made from skin-safe, hypoallergenic materials.

Each strip lasts up to 12 hours at full performance. Many of our customers wear one to bed and then straight to the gym the next morning — full adhesion the entire time, thanks to our sweat-resistant materials.

That said, strips are designed for single use. Once removed, the adhesive integrity drops — don't try to reapply.

Are they safe for daily use? Yes — drug-free, hypoallergenic, designed for daily wear.

Will they fit my nose? Our shape, material, and flex fit most nose shapes and sizes. If they don't sit right for you, let us know — we're always working on the fit.

Are they safe for my skin? Yes. Made with hypoallergenic adhesive and a soft non-woven fabric that stays on through sweat and sleep, then peels off cleanly.

Performance Strips are safe to wear overnight, and many customers do — especially during heavy training cycles when they want airflow support around the clock.

However, our Sleep Strips use a Max Comfort spring band specifically engineered for overnight wear — gentler lift, less skin pull, more comfortable through long stretches of sleep. If you're primarily wanting strips for snoring, mouth-breathing, or nightly use, then the Sleep Strips is the better choice.
