Start with a clean, dry nose, free of any oils or moisturizers. This creates the perfect surface for a powerful hold.

Gently remove the protective backing from the strip to expose the skin-safe, performance-grade adhesive.

Apply the strip on your nose bridge, with the ends sitting on the alar crease. Not to high or too low. Proper placement is the key.

Immediately on application, press and hold the strip firmly for 10 seconds. This activates the adhesive bond, locking the strip in place.

Now take a deep breath in and notice the instant difference. Congratulations! You've just activated FULL BREATHMODE.

After use, gently peel the strip off with your fingernails from the corners. If it's difficult, apply some water to lift the adhesive.
